The Program

The Regulated Retirement.

A 4–6 week guided initiation into your calmest chapter — live, in a small group, with Chris.

What this is

Retirement is a transition your nervous system was never prepared for.
This program is that preparation — arriving a little late, and right on time.

Over 4–6 weeks, in live group calls, you'll retrain a nervous system that spent decades in "on" mode. Not with theory. With practice — guided meditation and regulation techniques you'll feel working from the first session, built into a daily rhythm you'll keep for life.

The journey

Six weeks, one steadier body.

  1. Week 1

    Understanding your nervous system

Why you can't switch off, in plain English. Your first regulation practices — relief starts here, not in week four.

  2. Week 2

    Learning to come down

Techniques to settle your body on demand: for the 3am wakeups, the restlessness, the edge in your patience.

  3. Week 3

    Building your daily practice

Meditation that fits your life and your mind — including the mind that "won't sit still."

  4. Week 4

    Deepening

Longer practice, steadier baseline. This is where people tell us their spouse notices the difference.

  5. Weeks 5–6

    Purpose, presence, integration

A regulated body is the foundation; a meaningful retirement is the building. You leave with a practice you own — no ongoing dependence on us.

(Exact week count and pacing confirmed at enrollment.)

What's included

Live group calls with Chris (weekly or biweekly) · guided practice recordings you keep forever · a small cohort of people in the same chapter of life · direct support between calls.

Who it's for

You're in or near retirement, and you can feel that your body hasn't caught up with your calendar. You don't need any meditation experience. You need a chair, an open mind, and about 20 minutes a day.

It's not for you if you're looking for a quick fix without daily practice, or if you're currently in acute mental health crisis — in that case, please seek professional support first; we'll be here after.

What people walk away with

Deeper sleep. A body that can actually rest. Patience back. Presence with grandchildren instead of a racing mind at the dinner table. And the quiet confidence of having a practice — a thing you do, every day, that keeps you regulated for the rest of your life.

FAQ

Common Questions, Simple Answers

I've never meditated in my life. Can I really learn this in my 60s?
Yes — and you may be better placed than a 30-year-old. You have the two things meditation actually requires: life experience and a real reason. No flexibility, no spirituality, no experience needed. If you can sit in a chair and breathe, you can do this.
Is this religious or spiritual?
No. These are practical, body-based techniques for calming your nervous system. People of every faith — and none — practice with us comfortably.
My mind never stops. I can't sit still.
That's not a reason to skip this — it's the exact pattern we work with. A racing mind is a switched-on nervous system doing its job too well. You're precisely who this is for.
Is this therapy?
No, and it doesn't replace it. This is education and daily practice. If you're in crisis right now, please reach out to a mental health professional or a crisis line first — this work will be here for you afterwards.
I'm not good with technology. How does the webinar work?
One click on a link we email you, from any computer, tablet or phone. Nothing to install, no account to create. We send simple instructions, and if you get stuck, reply to any email and a human will help you.
Who is Chris Soll?
Co-founder of Mindspo, a mental wellness company that has hosted 1,000+ people on retreats and taught thousands to meditate. Read his full story on the About page.
What does the program cost?
Program details, including investment, are shared at the free webinar — because we'd rather you experience the work first and decide with a calm nervous system, not a sales page.
